Allison Swank is the founder and President of VisionVest, LLC. Allison worked in the commercial construction industry for over 16 years. After receiving her MS in Mechanical Engineering in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University, Allison joined a merit shop general contractor in West Virginia. During her tenure there, she was responsible for projects in several different market sectors including Mission Critical, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Education, and Corporate. In 2010, Allison joined a large global firm specializing in construction management services. While she was there, she opened his Pittsburgh office and became their area manager. Both companies provided Allison the field experience and focus on safety in the workplace. That dedication to the safety culture of workers lead Allison to devote her work full time to developing VisionVestTM.
Allison is a LEED AP BD+C. She also is an active board member for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the ACE Mentoring Program which introduces high school students to the career opportunities in the fields of Architecture, Construction and Engineering.
